Summary
This study reviews medical records of 500 adults who had pancreas surgery to find out why some develop delayed gastric emptying (slow stomach emptying). The goal is to identify risk factors like surgery type or feeding tube use, so doctors can better manage this complication and improve recovery. No new treatments are tested—only existing data is analyzed.
