Summary
This study is testing whether a drug called defibrotide is safe and feasible for people with severe COVID-19 pneumonia. About 42 adults with confirmed COVID-19 and lung infiltrates will receive the drug. The main focus is on monitoring for serious side effects like bleeding and low blood pressure.
