First seen Apr 07, 2026 · Last updated Jun 17, 2026 · Updated 10 times

Summary

This study tests a combination of two targeted drugs (defactinib and avutometinib) plus an immunotherapy (nivolumab) in people with a specific type of advanced lung cancer (LKB1-mutant adenocarcinoma) that has stopped responding to standard treatment. The goal is to see if this triple therapy can shrink tumors or slow cancer growth. About 50 adults will take part.
