Neck surgery may flush Alzheimer's waste from brain, new trial hopes

Summary
This study tests if a surgery on neck lymph vessels can slow memory decline in people with moderate-to-severe Alzheimer's. 376 participants will either get the surgery plus usual care or just usual care. The goal is to see if the surgery helps clear brain waste and reduces dementia symptoms over 12 months.
