First seen Mar 25, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 7 times
Summary
This study looks at whether semaglutide and tirzepatide (drugs used for weight loss and diabetes) directly affect blood vessels and heart function, beyond just helping people lose weight. Researchers will give these drugs to 112 volunteers with different body weights and blood pressure levels, then measure changes in blood flow and heart activity. The goal is to better understand how these medications work on the cardiovascular system.
