NCT ID NCT07483801

First seen Mar 25, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 5 times

Summary

This study looks at how two diabetes and weight-loss drugs, semaglutide and tirzepatide, affect blood vessels and heart function directly—not just through weight loss. Researchers will give the drugs to 112 adults with different body weights and blood pressure levels, then measure changes in blood flow and heart activity. The goal is to understand if these drugs have extra benefits for the heart and circulation.
