Summary

This study looks at families who carry a specific gene change (DDX41) that may increase the risk of blood cancers. Researchers will track how many family members develop blood problems over time. The goal is to better understand the risk and create guidelines for doctors. No new treatment is being tested; this is an observation-only study.
