Tracking a family cancer gene: can we predict who gets sick?
NCT ID NCT06022016
Summary
This study aims to understand the lifetime risk of blood cancers for people who inherit a specific gene change called a DDX41 mutation. Researchers will follow families with this mutation to learn at what ages related cancers typically develop. The goal is to gather enough information to create future guidelines for monitoring and caring for people with this genetic risk.
