Summary
This study tested a new drug called DCR-AUD in 16 healthy adults who are social drinkers. The main goal was to see if repeat doses are safe and how the drug works in the body. Participants received either the drug or a placebo and had up to 10 alcohol interaction tests. The results will help decide if further testing is needed for treating alcohol use disorder.
