Summary

This early-stage trial tested the safety and tolerability of a new drug called DCR-AUD in 16 healthy adults who drink alcohol socially. Participants received multiple doses of the drug or a placebo and were monitored for 24 weeks, including up to 10 alcohol challenge sessions.
