Balloon or stent? new study seeks best way to open heart arteries

Summary
This study compares two treatments for coronary artery disease: a drug-coated balloon (DCB) and a drug-eluting stent (DES). Researchers will measure how much the artery narrows again after treatment using ultrasound. About 256 adults with blocked heart arteries will take part to see which method works better.
