Summary
This study tests whether adding a drug called varlilumab to standard treatment and a personalized dendritic cell vaccine can help people with newly diagnosed glioblastoma live longer. About 43 participants will receive radiation, chemotherapy, and the vaccine, with some also getting varlilumab to reduce immune-suppressing cells. The goal is to see if this combination improves overall survival and is safe.
