DC launches massive HIV study to track 19,000 patients over a decade

Summary
This study follows up to 19,000 people with HIV or at high risk for HIV in Washington, DC, to track their health outcomes and quality of care over many years. Researchers will measure how well HIV is controlled (viral suppression) and how quickly preventive services work. The goal is to improve treatment and prevention across the city.
