Summary

This study compares two types of anesthesia—general and regional—for people with Parkinson's disease who need their deep brain stimulator battery replaced. The goal is to see which method provides better pain control and higher patient satisfaction after surgery. About 50 adults aged 40-85 will take part, and their pain will be measured for 24 hours after the procedure.
