First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 28 times
Summary
This study tests a drug called Dato-DXd in people with a common type of advanced breast cancer (HR-positive, HER2-negative) that has stopped responding to hormone therapy. The goal is to see if Dato-DXd can slow or stop the cancer from growing. About 100 participants will receive the drug, and researchers will track how long the cancer stays under control and monitor side effects.
