Blood test could spot hidden breast cancer and guide Life-Saving Follow-Up therapy

Summary
This study is for people with a common type of breast cancer (ER+/HER2-) who have a high chance of the cancer coming back. Researchers will use a simple blood test to look for tiny bits of tumor DNA. If the test finds cancer DNA, participants will be randomly assigned to get either standard hormone therapy or a combination of two drugs (palbociclib and fulvestrant) to try to stop the cancer from returning. The goal is to see if this approach can better control the disease and prevent relapse.
