Blood test could spot hidden breast cancer and guide Life-Saving Follow-Up therapy

Summary
This study tests whether a simple blood test that finds tumor DNA can help doctors decide when to give extra treatment to women with a high-risk type of breast cancer (ER+/HER2-). About 70 women who have finished initial hormone therapy but are still at risk will be monitored. If the blood test shows signs of cancer, they will be randomly assigned to get either standard hormone therapy or a stronger combination of two drugs (palbociclib and fulvestrant) to try to prevent the cancer from coming back.
