Summary
This early-phase trial tests whether daratumumab is safe for people with antiphospholipid syndrome (APS), a condition that raises the risk of blood clots and pregnancy complications. Up to 22 adults will receive one of three doses of the drug to find the highest safe dose. The study focuses on safety and side effects, not yet on how well it controls the disease.
