New drug daratumumab tested for rare clotting disorder

Summary
This study tests whether daratumumab is safe for people with antiphospholipid syndrome (APS), a condition that causes abnormal blood clots. About 22 adults will receive different doses of the drug to find the highest safe dose. The goal is to see if daratumumab can help control the disease without serious side effects.
