Summary
This study tests if dapagliflozin, a drug used for diabetes, can protect the heart from damage caused by anthracycline chemotherapy in breast cancer patients. Forty adults with breast cancer will take dapagliflozin or a placebo alongside their chemo. Researchers will measure heart stress markers and function to see if the drug reduces heart injury.
