Summary

This study looks at whether a Daoist practice called Zhanzhuang (standing like a tree) can help young adults feel less stressed and improve overall well-being. Researchers will measure heart rate, inflammation, and mental health in 120 people aged 18-25 over 12 months. Participants will either practice Zhanzhuang or do a simple wall squat to compare effects.
