Summary
This study looks at whether dance or music classes can boost memory and heart health in people 62 and older who are worried about memory loss but don't have dementia. Researchers will compare taking 1, 2, or 3 classes per week for 6 months to find the best amount. Participants will also have brain scans and fitness tests to track changes.
