Summary

This study aims to find the ideal weekly schedule of dance or music appreciation classes to help support memory and heart/lung fitness in older adults who are worried about their memory but do not yet have a diagnosis. Researchers will enroll 165 adults aged 62+ and assign them to attend classes 1, 2, or 3 times per week for six months. The goal is to see which frequency best improves brain and physical health measures, including memory tests and fitness assessments.
