Summary
This study looks at whether drinking dairy milk, pea-based milk, or almond milk after resistance training (3 times a week for 12 months) helps improve bone strength in postmenopausal women and men aged 50 and older. The goal is to find which drink, combined with exercise, best supports bone health and reduces osteoporosis risk. About 150 participants will join this research at the University of Saskatchewan.
