Summary
This study looks at whether drinking dairy milk, pea milk, or almond milk after resistance exercise (3 times a week for a year) helps improve bone strength in postmenopausal women and men aged 50 and older. The goal is to find which drink best supports bone health and reduces osteoporosis risk. Participants will do supervised workouts and have their bone density and body composition measured.
