Summary
This study looked at whether drinking Dachundou No Sugar Added Soymilk every day for 8 weeks could help lower cholesterol in adults with high cholesterol. 25 people with total cholesterol of 200 mg/dL or higher took part. Researchers measured cholesterol, blood pressure, and other health markers to see if the soy drink improved heart health.
