Summary
This early-stage trial tests an experimental drug called DA-3501 in people with advanced stomach, gastro-esophageal junction, or pancreatic cancer that has a specific protein (CLDN18.2). The drug is given intravenously every three weeks. The main goals are to find a safe dose and see if it can shrink tumors. About 51 participants will be enrolled.
