First seen Mar 07, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 7 times
Summary
This early-phase study tested a new drug called D2C7-IT in 81 adults with recurrent malignant glioma, a serious brain cancer. The drug was infused directly into the tumor over 72 hours using a special delivery method. The main goal was to find the safest dose and check for side effects, while also tracking how long patients lived. This is not a cure, but a step toward better control of the disease.
