Summary

This study tests whether the drug cytisinicline can change how the brain reacts to seeing smoking-related images. 64 daily smokers who are not trying to quit will receive either the drug or a placebo and undergo brain scans. The goal is to see if the drug reduces brain activity linked to cigarette cravings.
