Summary
This study compares two medicines, cyclosporine and methotrexate, for treating moderate-to-severe alopecia areata in children aged 2 to 17. The goal is to see which one works better for regrowing hair and improving quality of life. Participants and their families choose which treatment to try, and doctors track hair regrowth over 9 months.
