Summary
This study compares two common drugs, cyclosporine and methotrexate, to treat moderate-to-severe alopecia areata in children aged 2-17. The goal is to see which medicine helps regrow hair better over 9 months. Participants and their parents choose which treatment to try, and doctors track hair growth and quality of life.
