Summary
This study compares two drugs, cyclosporine and methotrexate, to see which works better for children aged 2-17 with moderate-to-severe alopecia areata, a condition causing patchy hair loss. About 50 children will choose their preferred treatment and be followed for 9 months. The main goal is to measure hair regrowth using a standard scalp scoring tool.
