New cancer drug combo enters human testing for Tough-to-Treat tumors

Summary
This study is testing a new drug called CVL006, given in combination with several other cancer therapies, for people with advanced solid tumors that have stopped responding to other treatments. The main goals are to find the safest and most effective dose of the combination and to see if it can help control the cancer. The study will enroll about 318 adults with specific types of advanced cancer.
