New cancer drug combo enters human testing

Summary
This early-stage clinical trial aims to test the safety and find the best dose of a new investigational drug, CVL006, when given in combination with several other established cancer therapies. It will involve about 318 adults with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to prior treatments. The study will first focus on safety and then look for early signs that the treatment combinations can help control the cancer.
