Custom-Made stents offer lifeline for High-Risk aneurysm patients

Summary
This study is testing custom-made and surgeon-modified stent grafts to repair dangerous aortic aneurysms in patients who are at high risk for open surgery and cannot wait for standard devices. The goal is to see if these tailored devices can safely and effectively seal off the aneurysm while maintaining blood flow to vital organs like the kidneys and liver. The study is open to 600 adults with complex aneurysms who are not candidates for standard endovascular repair.
