Summary
This study looked at whether a version of cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) adapted for South Asian culture could help reduce depression and anxiety. Researchers worked with 146 Canadian adults of South Asian origin who had mild to severe symptoms. The therapy was taught to therapists and tested in a controlled trial to see if it improved mental health and daily functioning.
