Summary
This study will follow up to 1,000 people with spinal muscular atrophy (SMA) in Spain over many years to see how their motor skills and health change in real life. Researchers will collect information from routine doctor visits, including tests of movement and breathing support. The goal is to create a standard way to track SMA patients' progress, which can help improve future care.
