New immune therapy tested for Tough-to-Treat cancers

NCT ID NCT05360680

Summary

This early-stage study tested a new immunotherapy drug called CUE-102 in patients with advanced colorectal, gastric, pancreatic, or ovarian cancer that had returned or spread after standard treatments. The main goals were to find a safe dose and see how the body processes the drug. The treatment aims to guide the patient's own immune cells to attack cancer cells that carry a specific marker called WT1.
