Blood test may spot liver cancer return months before scans

Summary
This study looks at whether a simple blood test can predict if liver cancer will return after surgery. Researchers will track tiny bits of tumor DNA in the blood over time. The goal is to see if this test can find signs of cancer earlier than standard imaging. About 255 adults with early-stage liver cancer who are eligible for surgery will take part.
