First seen May 16, 2026 · Last updated Jun 14, 2026 · Updated 5 times

Summary

This study looks at people with high-risk stage II colorectal cancer who have a positive blood test for cancer DNA one month after surgery. It aims to see if giving stronger chemotherapy based on that test can clear the cancer DNA and improve survival. About 340 participants will be followed for two years to check for cancer return.
