NCT ID NCT07562659
First seen May 04, 2026 · Last updated May 17, 2026 · Updated 2 times
Summary
This study looks at whether a blood test that detects tumor DNA (ctDNA) can help doctors decide on the best chemotherapy for people with stage I or low-risk stage II colorectal cancer after surgery. About 80 participants who test positive for ctDNA one month after surgery will receive different chemotherapy plans. The goal is to see if this approach can clear the tumor DNA from the blood and improve the chance of staying cancer-free for two years.
