First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 25 times
Summary
This early-stage study tests a new treatment called CT1190B CAR-T cell therapy in 27 adults with moderate to severe lupus or systemic sclerosis that hasn't responded to standard treatments. The therapy uses a patient's own immune cells, modified to target and calm the overactive immune system. The main goal is to check safety and side effects, while also seeing if it can reduce disease activity.
