Summary

This study tested a new weekly injection called CT-388 to help people with obesity or overweight lose weight. About 469 adults took part, receiving either a low, middle, or high dose of the drug or a placebo for 48 weeks. The main goal was to see how much weight they lost and if the treatment was safe.
