Summary
This study tests whether using a cold therapy device with compression (tight pressure) works better than cold therapy alone for reducing pain after knee, shoulder, or hip surgery. About 348 adults will use one of the two methods and report their pain levels and medication use. The goal is to find a more effective way to manage post-surgery pain and improve recovery.
