First seen May 13, 2026 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 3 times
Summary
This early-phase study tests a new drug called CRPA1A2 in people with advanced solid tumors (lung, esophagus, head and neck, or liver cancer) that have not responded to standard treatments. The drug is designed to help the body's immune cells attack cancer cells that have a specific marker (MAGE-A1) and a specific tissue type (HLA-A*02:01). The main goals are to check safety, find the best dose, and see if the drug can shrink tumors.
