Summary
This study compares two dental treatments—functional crown lengthening and deep margin elevation—for fixing deep cavities in back teeth. Researchers will measure gum health and a chemical marker (TNF-α) in 20 adults aged 20-50 with healthy gums. The goal is to see which method better protects gum tissue and supports long-term tooth health.
