Summary
This study looks at whether a special low-load exercise method, called blood flow restriction training, can help older women build leg strength and muscle without heavy weights. Researchers will measure strength, muscle size, balance, and mobility in 32 women. The goal is to find a safe, easy way for older adults to stay strong and active.
