First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 22 times
Summary
This study looks at whether a special low-load leg exercise, using blood flow restriction cuffs, can improve strength and mobility in older women. The training works one leg at a time, hoping the untrained leg also gets stronger. Researchers will measure muscle strength, size, and daily function in 32 participants over several weeks.
