Summary

This study tests whether adding an experimental drug (LY4395089) to the existing treatment mirikizumab works better than mirikizumab alone for adults with moderate-to-severe Crohn's disease. About 60 participants will be followed for 62 weeks to see if the combination improves bowel healing and reduces symptoms. The goal is to find a more effective way to control this chronic condition.
