New hope for rare cancers: targeted pill shrinks tumors in early trial

Summary
This study tests a drug called crizotinib in people with advanced cancers that have a specific genetic change (MET exon 14 deletion). The drug blocks enzymes that help cancer grow. About 20 participants will receive the treatment to see if their tumors shrink or stop growing.
