Summary
This study tests the drug crizotinib in people with advanced or hard-to-treat cancers that have a specific genetic change called MET exon 14 deletion. Crizotinib blocks signals that help cancer cells grow and spread. About 20 participants will receive the drug to see if their tumors shrink or stop growing for at least 6 months.
